The Cagayan de Oro city government received the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME-HRM Bronze Award after its City Human Resource Management Office earned a 100% assessment score across four core human resource systems.

The recognition covers recruitment, employee training, performance management, and rewards and recognition. The city has also introduced a digital monitoring system that allows City Hall Job Order workers to check their reemployment status online.
