𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲

This is to inform the public and all relying parties of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) on the use and acceptance of the various formats of the PhilSys digital ID, including the printed ePhilID, as a valid and sufficient proof of identity and age, subject to authentication.

The printed ePhilID shall be honored and accepted as the official government-issued identification document of a person for his or her transactions in all national government agencies, local government units (LGUs), government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs), government financial institutions (GFIs), financial institutions, and private sector.

Ang Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ay sumasaludo sa mga manggagawang Pilipino, kabilang na ang mga kawani ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) para sa pagbibigay ng kalidad na serbisyo sa statistics, civil registration, at ang pagtatatag ng national identification system.

Inilunsad kamakailan ng PSA ang PhilSys Check o authentication system para sa PhilID. Sa pamamagitan ng naturang sistema, matutulungan nito ang mga establisyemento na mapabilis ang authentication process sa bawat transaksyon ng PhilID cardholder.

Ang system ay kasalukuyang available sa android smartphone devices at laptop o desktop na may Windows 11 o MacOs High Sierra. Pumunta lamang sa verify.philsys.gov.ph

LIBRE ang pagpaparehistro sa Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). WALANG BAYAD ang anumang bahagi ng prosesong ito, mula pagpaparehistro, pagpe-presenta ng supporting documents at pagbabahagi ng biometrics sa mga registration center, hanggang sa pag-deliver ng PhilID saan mang bahagi ng bansa.

Iniutos ng Malacañang sa pampubliko at pribadong sektor na tanggapin ang Philippine Identification (PhilID) card bilang sufficient o sapat na proof of identity and age sa mga transaksyon.

Alinsunod sa Executive Order (EO) No. 162, lahat ng ahensya ng pamahalaan ay inatasan na isama ang Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) sa kanilang mga proseso.

Sa pamamagitan nito, lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong tanggapan ay makikibahagi sa pagbibigay ng tuloy-tuloy, mas secure, at mas mabilis na transaksyon sa bawat Pilipino gamit ang PhilSys.

Bakit walang signature ng cardholder ang PhilID?

Ang PhilID ay dinisenyo ayon sa mas moderno at mas mataas na seguridad para sa identity verification upang makaiwas sa forgery, fraud o identity theft. Mas mataas ang tsansa ng pandaraya o panghuhuwad sa mga tradisyonal na proseso katulad ng paggamit ng paper forms, photocopy ng ID at handwritten signature.

Bukod dito, ilan sa ating mga kababayan ay walang kakayahan magbigay ng handwritten signature kaya't ipinapalit dito ang paggamit ng thumbmark. Ito ay naisaalang-alang ng PhilSys kung kaya't ito ay mayroong online at offline methods para sa identity authentication tulad ng PhilID physical security features, QR code digital verification, biometric verification at SMS one-time password (OTP). Sa makabagong pamamaraang ito ay mas mapapadali ang visual inspection at authentication ng PhilID.

TINGNAN: PhilSys Step 2 Registration sa DepEd Central Office!

Matagumpay na nairehistro sa Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ang 894 personnel ng Department of Education (DepEd) central office na pinangungunahan ni Secretary Leonor M. Briones.

Hinikayat ni Sec. Briones ang iba pang kawani sa DepEd Regional and Division offices, mga paaralan at maging ang iba pang institusyon na magrehistro na sa PhilSys.

Patuloy pa rin ang Step 2 registration sa iba’t ibang lugar sa bansa. Sa tulong ng PhilSys, lahat ay kasama sa pagkamit sa isang digital society tungo sa isang makabagong Pilipinas.
