Melissa Josefa Tolosa Sapiil, a dedicated Social Worker, very capable manager of the medical social welfare office and the Malasakit Center; a great loss to Bontoc General Hospital and the provincial government of Mountain Province.
She is praised not only in the office but also in the concerned regional offices for her timely, accurate reports; she didn't mind hitting some nerves when she fought for her office and for her good staff; she taught diligence and positivity to her staff by example; provided snacks and meals in her office too many times and took her staff to resorts for physical and mental wellness, with her personal/family resources. Mam Melissa has set a bar too high for successors.

Condolences to Father Loncio Dason Sapiil and the two young gentlemen Emanuel and Joseph. God be with you all. BoGH will lament on her loss for a long time.
