The proceeds from the 𝓒𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓦𝓪𝓵𝓴 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓪 𝓒𝓪𝓾𝓼𝓮 Activity, spearheaded by the OPHRMO in celebration of the 125𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 were received by Ms. Rabin Arsi on behalf of her daughter Ms. Bea Arsi. She formally received it from Atty. Tomas A. Kiwang, Jr. and Ma’am Leonila Milagrose F. Malla-ao on October 15, 2025.

The proceeds from the 𝓒𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓦𝓪𝓵𝓴 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓪 𝓒𝓪𝓾𝓼𝓮 Activity, spearheaded by the OPHRMO in celebration of the 125𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 were received by Mr. Antolin Potpoten on behalf of Mr. Fermin Potpoten, were given by Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., and witnessed by Hon. Tomas B. Tawagen and Ma’am Leonila Milagrose F. Malla-ao on October 13, 2025.

The Office of the Provincial Human Resource Management Officer (OPHRMO) of the Provincial Government of Mountain Province has officially reached 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙄𝙄 𝙞𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 under the PRIME-HRM Program of the Civil Service Commission!

Awarded on October 17, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall, Provincial Plaza, Bontoc, Mountain Province during the "Pasasalamat at Pagpupugay sa mga Lingkod-Bayani ng Montanosa" conducted by the Civil Service Commission - Field Office under the leadership of Director Anita Verina T. Paredes.
