📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

The public is hereby informed that the Office of the Provincial Administrator has implemented a modified work arrangement.

🗓 On-Site Office Operations
All Personnel will report physically at the office from Monday to Thursday, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

🏠 Friday Work Arrangement
Every Friday, employees will observe a Work From Home (WFH) setup. During this day, a skeletal workforce will remain at the office to handle essential functions and accommodate urgent or time-sensitive concerns.

Clients, stakeholders, and members of the public are therefore encouraged to plan and conduct their visits, requests, and other transactions from Monday to Thursday, when full on-site services are available.

The Office appreciates the public’s patience, understanding, and continued cooperation as we implement this working arrangement in order to better serve everyone.

✅ Charge devices and keep emergency numbers ready
✅ Check on the elderly, PWDs, and children
✅ Avoid travel if not important and evacuate when advised
