The Supreme Student Council is envisioned as a perpetual independent student organization in the institution representing the students of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College Bontoc Campus, to the college administration, to the Board of Trustees, to the Community and to other Colleges and Universities and serves as a cradle of righteous leadership which aims to help in the attainment of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the college.
