GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR โ The DILG Eastern Samar Provincial Office (ESPO) held a two-day integrated activity combining Catch-Up Planning, RCSP Performance Assessment, EODB-OMS Orientation, Joint Provincial Team Conference, Sub-LGRC, and a Health and Wellness Session on October 1-2, 2026 in Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
The conference brought together the provincial office's personnel to take stock of their accomplishments, align their plans for the remaining months of the year, and strengthen the relationships that sustain their work.
The program opened with a message from Engr. Jesus Jeremy D. Bagares, Provincial Director, who stressed that health and wellness are just as important as the demands of the office.
PD Bagares acknowledged that as DILG ESPO continues to build itself, the "birth pains" of innovation and progress do not go unnoticed, but neither do the long-term results of sustainable actions. He added that the activity was meant to bridge performance and strengthen bonds among personnel, ensuring harmonious collaboration and productive teamwork as the office nears the end of the year.
After the program updates, personnel took part in team-building games, including mind games, relays, and math challenges, which fostered camaraderie, trust, and cooperation across the office.
The conference closed with renewed commitment to finish the year strong, with DILG ESPO moving forward as a more united and capable team in serving the people of Eastern Samar.
