Welcome to engaging, exciting memories of student life to cherish with your classmates and professors in a Hybrid Flexible Learning Modality starting this August 22, 2022, 1st Semester A.Y 2022-2023.

Hybrid Flexible Learning Modality is a teaching approach that combines elements of blended learning into a flexible course framework that allows students to attend limited in-person classes combined with online synchronous and asynchronous sessions or modular lessons. It schedules limited face-to-face classes and online learning in cyclical and alternate class schedules such as:
a. Laboratory classes
b. Co-curricular classroom activities
c. Thesis defense
d. Major examinations
e. Physical Education classes and sports activities
f. Students organization activities

Only students, faculty members, and personnel who are fully vaccinated are allowed in the limited face-to-face classes. Health and safety protocols are in place on each campus with the Safety Seal to ensure the health and safety of all students.

The New Year started productively and rightly for the Bulacan State Unversity(BulSU) External Campuses as it conducted the 1st quarterly BulSU External Campuses EXECOM Committee meeting in BulSU Meneses Campus last January 8, 2021. Facilitated by the Chancellor, Dr. Ray Naguit, an intervention- based review was made to see to it that four campuses are in keeping with BulSU goals.
