Para po sa mga taga PUROK UMBUYAN ang inyong basura po ay sa my harap ng truck ng ating basura na po sa tulay ilalagay. Siguraduhin pong ito ay nakatali upang di kumalat. BAWAL NA PO MAGLAGAY SA KANTO NG UMBUYAN ANG SINO MAN PONG MAHUHULI AY PAPATAWAN NG MULTA.

Iwasan po natin isama sa basura na hinahakot ang BIODEGRADABLE (NABUBULOK), RECYCLABLE (NABEBENTA SA JUNK SHOP) AT MGA SIRANG KAHOY. Dahil ito po ay hindi po nila hahakutin ayong din po sa Ordinansang ating ipinatutupad.
