Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong started the week with a series of important meetings at the Municipal Mayor’s Office, focusing on key priorities for the Municipality of Buldon.

Among the day’s highlights were the Local Health Board Meeting, Local School Board Meeting, and discussions on the upcoming Saduaratn Festival, particularly its preparations and coordination.

Through these engagements, Mayor PAMM continues to strengthen collaboration among local offices and stakeholders - ensuring that health, education, culture, and community development remain at the heart of the administration’s agenda.

The Municipal Government of Buldon, headed by Mayor Pahmia Manalao-Masurong, joined fellow local government units, BARMM officials, civil society organizations, and development partners during the Resilience Exchange Forum under the SHIELD Programme on September 2-3, 2026 at Citadines Bay City, Manila.

The forum provided an important venue for LGUs and partners to exchange experiences and strengthen coordination for peacebuilding and sustainable local development.

The Municipality expresses gratitude for the valuable support of the SHIELD Programme consortium partners, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Australian partners, the Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society (CBCS), BARMM officials and agencies, and the Iranun Development Council headed by Chairman Mayor Cahar Ibay.

In the said Forum, Member-LGUs of the Iranun Development Council reaffirmed their commitment to a sustainable, resilient, and progressive Iranun Corridor.

Mula sa footbridge na minsang tinangay ng Bagyong Inday, muli na namang may bagong tulay na nag-uugnay sa ating mga kababayan.

Sa pangunguna at inisyatiba ni Mayor Pahmia Aratuc Manalao-Masurong, Vice Mayor Abolais Aratuc Manalao, at mamamayan ng Sitio Macalian, naipagawa ang bagong footbridge upang muling maging ligtas, maayos, at mas maginhawa ang pagtawid ng ating mga residente.

Hindi lang ito basta isang tulay—ito ay simbolo ng pagbangon, malasakit, at serbisyong may puso. Mula sa pagkawasak na iniwan ng bagyo, muling itinayo ang isang daan tungo sa mas ligtas at mas maayos na kinabukasan.

Sa bawat pagtawid dito, nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na anumang unos ang dumating, hindi tayo mananatiling nakayuko. Kaya nating bumangon, magtulungan, at muling magsimula. 💙

Dahil ang tunay na serbisyo ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa mga proyektong naitatayo, kundi sa mga buhay na napapadali, mga pamilyang napapangalagaan, at pag-asang muling naibabalik sa bawat mamamayan.

Saludo sa serbisyong may malasakit at sa pamumunong hindi sumusuko para sa kapakanan ng lahat! 🙏

Isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa kapayapaan at pagkakaisa ang matagumpay na pag-aayos ng hindi pagkakaunawaan na kinasasangkutan ng Mocsin, Undaki, Panaronsong, at Talib Families.

Sa pamamagitan ng maayos na pag-uusap, pakikinig sa magkabilang panig, at pagkakasundo, naging posible ang mapayapang pagresolba sa alitan. Ipinakita ng nasabing proseso na sa pamamagitan ng dialogue, respeto, at pag-unawa, maaaring maresolba ang mga hindi pagkakaunawaan nang hindi na kailangang lumala ang sitwasyon.

Naging bahagi sa proseso ang LGU Buldon, sa pangunguna nina Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong at Vice Mayor Abolais Aratuc Manalao, bilang suporta sa mga hakbang na nagtataguyod ng peace and order, pagkakaisa, at maayos na ugnayan sa komunidad.

Nagpaabot din ng taos-pusong pasasalamat ang LGU Buldon sa Iranun Development Council (IDC) at MPOS sa kanilang mahalagang suporta, pakikiisa, at pagtulong sa proseso ng mapayapang settlement.

Ang pagkakasundong ito ay nagsisilbing paalala na ang bawat alitan ay maaaring maresolba sa mapayapang paraan kung mayroong bukas na komunikasyon, respeto, pag-unawa, at tunay na hangaring magkaayos.

13 August 2026 | CSS NC II and EPASS NC II Training Culminates at RMFB 14-A Headquarters

The successful completion of the Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II and Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing (EPASS) NC II training programs was formally marked through a graduation ceremony held at the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14-A (RMFB 14-A) Headquarters.

The ceremony brought together the graduates, trainers, government officials, and stakeholders to recognize the participants’ dedication and accomplishments throughout the training programs. The activity also highlighted the importance of technical-vocational education in equipping individuals with practical skills that may contribute to employment and livelihood opportunities.

The CSS NC II training was made possible through the support of Hon. Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong, whose initiative and commitment to skills development provided the participants with an opportunity to acquire competencies in computer systems servicing.

Also contributing to the success of the training and its culminating activity were PLTCOL Nasruddin D Tayuan and Arch. Datu Saracen R Jaafar, whose support and cooperation helped facilitate the conduct of the program.

The completion of the two training programs signifies not only the attainment of national competency qualifications but also the graduates’ perseverance, commitment, and readiness to apply their newly acquired skills in their respective communities and workplaces.

The ceremony concluded with the recognition of the graduates and the acknowledgment of the individuals and institutions whose support contributed to the successful implementation of the programs.

The Local Government Unit of Buldon, under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong, in partnership with the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14-A (RMFB 14-A) under the supervision of PLTCOL Nasruddin D. Tayuan, formally conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing for the construction of a Hanging Footbridge in Sitio Kakar, Barangay Kulimpang, Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte.

The activity was attended by MPS Buldon Chief of Police, Captain Elmar M. Elarcosa, barangay officials, residents, and representatives from the LGU Buldon and RMFB 14-A, demonstrating the collective commitment of all stakeholders to the successful implementation of the project.

The partnership between the LGU Buldon and RMFB 14-A reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable infrastructure development and enhancing the delivery of public services. The Municipality of Buldon, under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia A. Manalao-Masurong, warmly welcomed the courtesy visit of the newly installed Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Ibrahim A. Embing, and OIC Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Maimona D. Bayan. The Hanging Footbridge in Sitio Guiling, Barangay Edcor has been successfully completed under the leadership of Mayor Pahmia Aratuc Manalao-Masurong. The project completion was witnessed by Vice Mayor Abolais Aratuc Manalao, barangay officials, and community residents, reflecting the local government's shared commitment to improving public infrastructure and enhancing community welfare.
