📌 REQUIREMENTS FOR BENEFICIARIES
Beneficiaries included in the final list are required to bring:
• Valid ID — preferably National ID
• Photocopy of Valid ID with 3 signatures
📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Valid ID
ID must not be expired.
Please present your National ID, if available.
2. Replacement from the 1st Tranche
Kung kinsa to ang nag-replacement during the 1st tranche, mao ra gihapon ang mo-claim sa 2nd tranche.
3. No Replacement for the 2nd Tranche
Wala nay replacement for the 2nd tranche.
Kung kinsa ang ni-claim sa 1st tranche, mao gihapon ang naa sa payroll and mao ra gihapon ang eligible to claim.
ONLY EXEMPTION:
If the person who claimed during the 1st tranche is already deceased, another member of the same household may claim on their behalf.
Please bring:
• Death Certificate
• Proof of Relationship (e.g., Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate)
• Valid ID
4. 4Ps/WGP Members Who Claimed During the 1st Tranche
We have identified 4Ps/WGP members who already claimed during the 1st tranche.
For the 2nd tranche, they are no longer included in the payroll. Therefore, they will no longer be eligible to claim the 2nd tranche.
5. Discrepancy in Name
If there is a discrepancy between the name on the payroll and the name on the valid ID (e.g., spelling error), Deduplication and ONENESS will be required.
