𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | PBGen Rolindo M. Suguilon, Regional Director, Police Regional Office 13, conducted an inspection and visitation at the Nasipit Municipal Police Station.

During the visit, PBGen Suguilon reminded personnel to remain committed, disciplined, and responsible in the performance of their duties. He emphasized the importance of avoiding online gambling and reiterated the prohibition against drinking alcoholic beverages while on or off duty.

He also urged all personnel to uphold the integrity and dignity of the police uniform, remain focused on their sworn responsibilities, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in serving and protecting the people.

Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City — The continuous and intensified anti-illegal drug operations of the Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 have led to the confiscation of 15.2 grams of suspected shabu worth PhP103,360.00 following the implementation of a search warrant in Purok 6, Barangay 7, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, yesterday, October 6.

Personnel of the Buenavista Municipal Police Station (MPS), in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 13, conducted an anti-illegal drug operation through the implementation of a Search Warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 3, Tenth Judicial Region, Libertad, Butuan City, dated October 5, 2026, against alias “Michael,” identified as a Street-Level Individual (SLI), for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

During the operation, the operating personnel confiscated nine heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu. However, the subject of the operation was able to evade arrest.

The confiscated items are now in the custody of the Buenavista MPS for proper documentation, disposition, and filing of appropriate charge against the subject of operation.

“Our law enforcement units remain steadfast in our commitment to intensify the campaign against illegal drugs, dismantle illegal drug activities, strengthen public safety, and ensure that violators are dealt with in accordance with the law,” said PBGen Rolindo M. Suguilon, PRO13 director.
