Blessing and Ribbon Cutting of “Fires Simulation Facility”

The Fires Center (P), TRADOC, PA facilitated the Blessing and Ribbon Cutting of the newly built Fires Simulation Facility with COL DIOSDADO CARLOS D PAMBID INF (MNSA) PA, Commander, Combined Arms Center (P), TRADOC, PA at Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan City on 15 September 2023.

The facility was constructed with the intent to provide realistic training in a controlled environment that would simulate various aspects of fire support and air defense for training, integration, evaluation and research and development purposes.

BRIGADA ESKWELA

03 June 2023-Stakeholder Engagement

The Fires Center and Field Artillery students together with the faculty members of Camp Tinio Elementary School participated “Brigada Eskwela” at Camp Tinio Elementary School, Cabanatuan City on 03 June 2023.

The Fires Center Conducts Opening of FA BOLC 3 CL 07-2023 and Blessing of Student Barracks.

The Fires Center formally opened the 12-week FA Basic Officer Leader Course Class 07 2023 for 2nd Training Cycle CY 2023 with COL DIOSDADO CARLOS D PAMBID INF (MNSA), PA at FC Pergola Building on June 01, 2023.

After the Opening ceremony, FC facilitated a Thanksgiving Mass and Blessing of the newly repaired FA student’s Barracks with MAJ ARTURO A LLASO CHS, Commander Chaplain, 7ID, PA.

Camp BGen Manuel B Tinio, Cabanatuan City – COL DIOSDADO CARLOS D PAMBID INF (MNSA) PA, the newly installed Commander, Combined Arms Center, Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army, rendered his first official visit to the Headquarters of Fires Center on 11 May 2023.

10th SALVO CANNONEER’S SPORTS FEST

21 February 2023 – Fires Center thru the Field Artillery School opened the 10th Salvo Cannoneer’s Sports Fest with LTC FRANKLIN C MABBAGU GSC (ART) PA, G1, Army Artillery Regiment, PA as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Several sports and fun games were played not only to test the strength and stamina of the players but also to promote teamwork. The 3-day activity aims to boost the morale of the students and develop the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

Philippine Army Warrior Fitness Test (PAWFT)

Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan City - In order to provide combat physical fitness that will improve combat readiness and capabilities among soldiers, this Center conducted the Diagnostic PAWFT to Artillery students of the 1st Training Cycle, CY 2023 on 09 February 2023.
The test is comprised of seven (7) events as follows: 100-meter sprint and drop, un and over squat, casualty drag and carry, ammo can carry, leg tuck, modified push-up and one (1) mile run.

Bloodletting Activity

Fires Center (P), TRADOC, PA supported the effort of its primary customer Army Artillery Regiment, PA in providing blood donors by participating in the 6th AAR-wide “Dugong Bayani” Bloodletting Activity with the theme Artilyero, “Dugo ko, Alay ko” on 18 June 2022 at Multi-purpose Facility, HAAR, Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija. The activity was done in line with the Army Artillery Regiment’s 15th Founding Anniversary Celebration.
