Started the year giving "Surviving Trauma and Abuse" talk to a group of moms, a topic that is very close to my heart. And I'm so grateful that I will end the year giving the same talk to the Women and Children Protection Unit.

It has been a very fulfilling year to me, and pushed my boundaries by constantly telling my abuse story to reach out and encourage people to heal and stop the cycle of pain.

Was it easy? It never was. I always get emotional whenever I share my pain and the process that I went through. But I'm always grateful whenever I get a chance to talk about this topic, because I know someone might desperately need to hear it.

The way I would have desperately need to hear it during the darkest and the most painful days of my life.

I'm thankful as well for all the people who trusted me with their pain, I will be forever grateful for the healing journey that we've shared. Some had found enlightenment, some still drowning in their pain. Yet I'm very hopeful that someday they will find peace in their hearts.

Always remember not to let your past, pain, and mistakes define you. You are worthy, you are deserving, and you are definitely more than enough.

Keep healing, keep inspiring.
