In its continuous pursuit of timely and accurate land parcelization under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (Project SPLIT), the Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) of DAR Nueva Ecija spearheaded the Target Review and Evaluation for the 1st Semester of 2025. The event focused on assessing the accomplishments of the Redocumentation Completion Teams (RCTs) and gauging whether current outputs align with semester targets.
The activity served as a checkpoint for measuring field performance, tallying documented progress, and identifying any shortfalls in the work of the RCTs. Through a series of data reviews and discussions, the PPMO gained a clear picture of each teamโs status in the implementation pipeline.
Significantly, the review also highlighted the areas where targets are still unmet. These gaps, rather than being setbacks, are now being translated into actionable plans. The PPMO and the RCTs are actively developing strategies and realigning efforts to ensure that all deliverables will be completed before the end of the semester.
By pinpointing the remaining workload and identifying support mechanisms, the PPMO is enabling the RCTs to address operational bottlenecks and reinforce their field activities. This mid-semester review not only reflects the commitment to meet timelines but also underscores DAR Nueva Ecijaโs dedication to improving land tenure security through Project SPLIT.
With renewed focus and strengthened coordination, the Redocumentation Completion Teams are now poised to deliver their mandates and contribute significantly to the provinceโs overall land distribution goals.

To further strengthen the implementation of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project in the province, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Nueva Ecija, in partnership with the Registry of Deeds (ROD) offices from various areas in Nueva Ecija, conducted a two-day workshop on e-Titles registration. The event took place on May 8โ9, 2025, at Lake Farm De La Marre in Pantabangan.
The activity aimed to enhance coordination and operational efficiency between DAR and RODs in the processing and registration of electronic titles (e-Titles) derived from subdivided Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CCLOAs). This collaborative undertaking is a crucial step in achieving the SPLIT Projectโs goal of issuing individual land titles to qualified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).
DAR Nueva Ecija Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) II Eden B. Ponio led the opening of the workshop and emphasized the value of synergy in public service. โThis workshop is an opportunity to strengthen our collaboration with the Registry of Deeds. By aligning our processes and understanding each otherโs roles more clearly, we can fast-track the delivery of land tenure security to our ARBs,โ PARPO Eden said.
The sessions focused on technical procedures related to the e-Titles registration process, including document validation, encoding protocols, common bottlenecks in registration, and the adoption of digital tools and standards under the SPLIT Project.
Aside from the intensive workshop discussions, participants engaged in collaborative planning and open dialogue to address existing challenges and propose unified solutions, reinforcing inter-agency communication and mutual understanding.
The event concluded with a reaffirmation of the shared commitment between DAR Nueva Ecija and the various Registry of Deeds offices to ensure timely and accurate registration of individual titles. The success of the workshop underscores the vital role of continuous learning and cooperation in implementing agrarian reform initiatives that genuinely serve the Filipino people.
