MOST WANTED FALLS IN ECIJA: 15 OTHER LAW OFFENDERS BUSTED

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. In separate anti-criminality operations conducted on June 2, 2026, police arrested a Most Wanted Person and 15 other law offenders, and confiscated over Php100,000 worth of illegal drugs and illegal ci******es across the province.

Joint operatives of Cabanatuan CPS, PIT-NE, and RIU 3 arrested a 62-year-old male individual in Brgy. Kalikid Norte, Cabanatuan City by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Violation of R.A. No. 8353, issued by RTC Branch 86, Cabanatuan City, with no bail recommended. The accused was listed as the Provincial Rank No. 3 and City Rank No. 2 Most Wanted Person.

Meanwhile, three (3) other wanted persons were arrested in separate Manhunt Charlie operations conducted by Gapan City PS for Violation of R.A. No. 9262, Muñoz City PS for Violation of R.A. No. 11199, and Gabaldon MPS for Perjury.

As part of the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, 11 suspects were arrested in a series of buy-bust operations conducted by Nueva Ecija police. The operations were carried out by Nampicuan MPS (1), Gapan City PS (1), Gen. Tinio MPS (5), Peñaranda MPS (1), San Isidro MPS (1), Llanera MPS (1), and Gen. Natividad MPS (1). Confiscated from the suspects were a total of 18.66 grams of shabu and 4.5 grams of dried ma*****na, with a combined Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of Php127,428.00.

Further, intelligence operatives of Cabanatuan CPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Purok Mulawin, Brgy. Pamaldan, Cabanatuan City, against a 61-year-old male involved in the illegal trade of ci******es without tax stamps. Recovered during the operation were 47 reams of assorted ci******es valued at Php24,000.00.

The arrested individuals will face charges for Violations of R.A. No. 9165, (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and Section 254 (Attempt to Evade or Defeat Tax) in relation to Section 145 (Ci**rs and Ci******es) of the National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines, as amended, and Violation of R.A. No. 10643, otherwise known as the Graphic Health Warnings Law.

“These operational gains reflect the dedication of our personnel and the effectiveness of our intensified anti-criminality efforts. NEPPO remains committed to keeping Nueva Ecija safe by continuously pursuing wanted persons, combating illegal drugs, and addressing all forms of criminality. PRO3 ALL SET FOR SCHOOL OPENING; OVER 3,500 PERSONNEL TO SECURE LEARNERS ACROSS CENTRAL LUZON

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) is fully prepared for the opening of classes on June 8, 2026, with the deployment of 3,537 personnel across Central Luzon under Oplan Balik-Eskwela 2026, ensuring the safety and security of students, teachers, and school personnel.

Based on the region's deployment plan, PRO3 will secure 4,376 public and private schools through a combination of Police Assistance Desks (PADs), mobile patrols, foot patrols, and force multipliers strategically positioned in key areas.

A total of 1,911 PNP personnel will be deployed, complemented by 299 personnel from other government agencies and 1,327 force multipliers, demonstrating a whole-of-community approach to school safety. The region has also established 279 Police Assistance Desks and will field 777 mobile patrols and 517 foot patrol teams to ensure police visibility and immediate response to incidents.

PRO3 Director PBGEN Jess B Mendez assured the public that all units have been directed to maintain maximum visibility and responsiveness throughout the school opening period.

"As classes resume, our police officers will be where they are needed most—along school routes, near transport hubs, and in communities—to ensure the safety of our learners and the peace of mind of parents and teachers. This deployment reflects our commitment to delivering Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman and supports the PNP Focused Agenda of our Chief, PNP, PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly in enhancing public safety and strengthening community partnerships," PBGEN Mendez said.

The Regional Director also emphasized the importance of close coordination with local government units, school authorities, and force multipliers to ensure a safe, orderly, and successful opening of classes throughout Central Luzon.

With all preparations in place, PRO3 remains committed to providing a secure environment where students can learn, teachers can teach, and communities can thrive as another school year begins.

Mula sa pagpapaigting ng kampanya laban sa kriminalidad, pagpapalakas ng police visibility, hanggang sa mas malapit na pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga komunidad, nananatiling nakatuon ang PRO3 sa pagbuo ng mas ligtas na pamayanan, mas matatag na kapulisan, at mas maayos na serbisyo para sa bawat mamamayan ng Central Luzon.

NEPPO COMPLETES TOP 10 MOST WANTED LIST WITH ARREST OF REGIONAL FUGITIVES

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. NEPPO achieved a significant milestone in its campaign against wanted persons after successfully accounting for all Top Ten (10) Provincial Most Wanted Persons for the month of June, highlighted by the arrest of two (2) Regional Most Wanted Persons in separate operations across Nueva Ecija.

The successful joint manhunt operations by City and Municipal Police Stations, in coordination with the PIU, PMFCs, and RMFB3, led to the arrest of several Most Wanted Persons across Nueva Ecija. Highlights include: Jaen MPS – Apprehended two (2) Most Wanted Persons, including the No. 2 Regional and No. 1 Provincial Most Wanted Person wanted for two (2) counts of R**e and Acts of Lasciviousness, and the No. 4 Provincial Most Wanted Person wanted for Qualified R**e. Cabanatuan City PS – Likewise recorded a significant accomplishment with the arrest of two (2) Most Wanted Persons, namely the No. 8 Regional and No. 2 Provincial Most Wanted Person wanted for Sexual Assault and Acts of Lasciviousness, and the No. 3 Provincial Most Wanted Person wanted for Violation of R.A. No. 8353. Peñaranda MPS – Arrested the No. 5 Provincial MWP for Sexual Assault. Cuyapo MPS – Arrested the No. 6 Provincial MWP for Violation of R.A. No. 7610. Muñoz City PS – Arrested the No. 7 Provincial MWP for Violation of R.A. No. 9165. San Jose City PS – Arrested the No. 8 Provincial MWP for Violation of R.A. No. 8353. Bongabon MPS – Arrested the No. 9 Provincial MWP for Acts of Lasciviousness, and 1st PMFC – Arrested the No. 10 Provincial MWP for Acts of Lasciviousness.

RIAS3 CONDUCTS PROACTIVE INSPECTION AND AUDIT IN NEPPO

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, CABANATUAN CITY — Personnel of NEPPO, headed by PCOL RITCHIE R CLARAVALL, Provincial Director, underwent a Proactive Inspection and Audit conducted by the Regional Internal Affairs Service 3 (RIAS3) at Camp Gen. Mariano N. Llanera, this morning, June 3, 2026.

PCOL FERMOYLE M MENO, Acting Regional Director of RIAS3, together with his inspection team spearheaded the activity as part of the continuing effort to ensure discipline, professionalism, and compliance with established PNP policies and standards among NEPPO personnel.

The inspection also focused on the proper wearing of police uniforms (Tamang Bihis) and checking of attendance and issued fi****ms. Other administrative and operational requirements necessary to determine compliance with existing regulations were also emphasized.

In his message, PCOL MENO explained the role of Internal Affairs Service (IAS) in the PNP, emphasizing that the office exists not only to investigate administrative cases but also to assist, guide, and support police personnel. He further stressed that IAS serves as a partner of every police officer in ensuring compliance with established rules and procedures, ultimately helping the organization deliver better public service.

The activity also underscores NEPPO’s support to the mandate of Internal Affairs Service and its commitment to the PNP Focused Agenda — “Bagong PNP Para Sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman.” # # #
