Throughout his years in public service, Governor Cua worked alongside the DTI Region 2 in advancing opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and strengthening the local economy of Quirino. His support for initiatives that empowered entrepreneurs, created livelihoods, and opened greater opportunities for communities reflected his commitment to inclusive economic development.

He also shared in the DTI Region 2's continuing work to promote consumer welfare and protect the interests of the consuming public. Through our shared efforts, DTI Region 2 and the Provincial Government of Quirino helped advance opportunities for MSMEs to grow and for consumers to be better informed and protected.

Our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences go to his family, loved ones, colleagues, and the people of Quirino.
