The Parent Leaders’ Assembly was successfully conducted on December 16, 2025 at Casa Deval Resort, Brgy. San Isidro, Cabuyao City. The Cabuyao City Operations Office extends its sincere gratitude to the Hon. MAYOR Dennis DENHA Hain, Vice Mayor Junjun Del Rosario Batallones, Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, and the CSWD Cabuyao for their invaluable support and continued commitment to strengthening parent leadership and community participation.

Isinagawa noong Desyembre 10, 2025 ang Pugay Tagumpay Ceremony sa Katapatan Covered Court, Barangay Banaybanay, Cabuyao City Laguna. Binigyan ng pagkilala ang 370 na mga benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program na nakamit and Self-sufficient Level of Well-being.
Ang kanilang tagumpay ay nagpapatunay na ang kahirapan ay hindi hadlang sa pag-abot ng mga pangarap.
Ngayong araw ay buong dangal na ipinapasa ang simbolong Susi ng 4ps Pugay Tagumpay sa Lokal na Pamahalaan. Ang susi na ito ay sagisag ng ating sama-samang pagsisikap na maiangat ang bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Sa paglipat na ito, ipinagkakatiwala namin sa LGU ang pagpapatuloy ng paggabay sa mga benepisyaryo tungo sa pagiging mas matatag, mas may dignidad, at mas maunlad na pamumuhay.

From a childhood shaped by hardship, makeshift roofs, and a mother’s unwavering perseverance, Juvy Patlingrao’s journey has unfolded into a story of triumph and purpose.

Once a monitored child under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), he has risen to become a magna cm laude in B.S Social Work, a Top 8 board passer, and one of those hired-on-the spot by Secretary Rex Gatchalian during the DSWD’s Kamustahan with 4Ps beneficiaries in Zamboanga last November 28.

Keeping Innocence and Dignity Secure (KIDS): A Symposium on Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Mental Health Awareness was successfully conducted today, November 20, 2025 at Bigaa Integrated National High School.

The symposium featured distinguished resource speakers Ms. Nimfa Garrido of the CSWD and Ms. Mary Jane Amoy of CHO II, who provided meaningful insights on child protection and mental well-being.

We extend our sincere appreciation to School Principal Grace C. Lamano and 4Ps Coordinator Thelma Merza for their unwavering support to this advocacy.

This activity was organized by the City Operations Office headed by Ms. Shierly De Jesus, in partnership with Bigaa Integrated National High School, City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and City Health Office (CHO). It was held as part of a month-long celebration of Children's Month.

Together, we strive to uphold and protect the innocence, dignity, and future of every child.

On November 17-18, 2025, the City Links of Cabuyao facilitated the “Mapangbata Seminar: Pagpapatibay ng Pundasyon ng Relasyon ng Magulang Para sa Pag-unlad ng Bata” held at CABS, City of Cabuyao, Laguna. The activity was participated in by parents from various barangays in the city and aimed to strengthen parent-child relationships through meaningful discussions and interactive activities.

A total of 205 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Laguna Province were hired on the spot by Fast Logistics during the local recruitment activity conducted by the DSWD Field Office IV-A in coordination with the local government unit of Cabuyao City last November 12, 2025.

During the said activity, the Fast Logistics offered more than 2,000 jobs as pickers, checkers, and bundlers in its sites in the cities of Cabuyao, Calamba, and Binan.

“Maganda po ang naging karanasan ko dito dahil wala silang pinipiling edad o antas ng pinag-aralan sa pagkuha ng aplikante,” shared Elizabeth Cadag, a 4Ps beneficiary from Brgy. San Isidro, Cabuyao City who was hired as bundler during the activity.

Cadag shared that her new job will open opportunities for her to help her husband, who is a street sweeper and a person with disability, in supporting the needs of their four children.
