Wheels of Will is a non-governmental organization that primarily focuses on the learning improvement of the children in the community by teaching them the vitality of reading and studying. Wheels of Will also adheres to the belief that we can also teach the kids at a young age the importance of being aware of their environment by regulating their own garbage and wastes no matter how small it may seem.
