A Mental Health Series for the Youth

2𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙐𝙨𝙖𝙥 𝙏𝙖𝙮𝙤: "𝙎𝙖 𝙇𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙙 𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣” aims to create a safe, youth-friendly space to raise awareness of stress and its link to mental health, promote healthy coping strategies, and encourage help-seeking among young people.

In today’s fast-paced world, young people face increasing pressure from academics, family expectations, social media, and personal struggles. This is why creating a safe space for open conversations and support is more important than ever.

In the wake of the recent fire in Brgy. Poblacion 4, Calamba, Laguna, our community proved that the spirit of Bayanihan is alive and well. Through the collaborative efforts of local volunteers and the active leadership of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and the Barangay Local Government Unit, we successfully conducted a food distribution drive for the affected families. Witnessing the resilience of our fellow Calambeños while handing out warm meals and essential supplies was a truly humbling experience.

This initiative was more than just a distribution; it was a powerful reminder that no one has to face the weight of a tragedy alone when the community stands behind them. We extend our deepest gratitude to every donor and volunteer who lent their time and heart to this cause, proving that collective action can turn a time of loss into a moment of shared hope.
