The four-day training gathered dedicated Grade 6, Grade 9, and Grade 10 teachers from schools across the City Schools Division of Cabuyao to deepen their understanding of the revised curriculum and strengthen their readiness for its effective implementation in the classroom.
Recognizing that meaningful curriculum implementation requires a clear grasp of both its content and intent, the training focused on enhancing teachers' competencies in content knowledge, pedagogy, curriculum planning, instructional delivery, and assessment practices. Through collaborative learning sessions, workshops, and guided discussions, participants explored effective strategies and approaches that support quality, relevant, and learner-centered education.
Adding value to the professional growth of participating educators, the training was accredited with ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐) ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ, providing teachers with meaningful opportunities for lifelong learning and professional advancement while supporting their continuing licensure requirements.
The success of the training was further strengthened through the partnership between the Schools Division Office of Cabuyao and the University of Cabuyao (Pamantasan ng Cabuyao). The university's support and provision of a conducive learning environment greatly contributed to the smooth and effective conduct of the training, enabling participants to engage in the learning sessions and collaborative activities fully.
The activity was also monitored by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐จ๐ข๐๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง, Education Program Supervisor, Quality Assurance Division (QAD), DepEd Regional Office IV-A CALABARZON, whose presence underscored the region's commitment to ensuring the quality and effective implementation of professional development programs for teachers.
