Misamis Oriental-PROVINCIAL Disaster RISK Reduction & Management Office Preparedness is the only way we can combat a natural disaster. Save and protect lives as the main priority. ii. iii. iv. To provide alternative livelihood relief.

The PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK AND REDUCTION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (PDRRMC) shall be governed by hereunder objectives in responding to disasters (natural and human-induced) to:
i. Alleviate human suffering during and after disaster. To have an equal and equitable access to humanitarian services and assistance. To integrate UNHCR Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement,
v. vi. To activate all levels of local government Councils’ Operation Center vis-à-vis PDRRMC, CDRRM, MDRRMC and the BDRRMCs of the reckoning disasters.
