📌𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:
• Serves as the primary compliance and financial verification unit for GUJDASCI
• Systematically examines official receipts, disbursement vouchers, and liquidation packages prior to reporting
• Enforces accounting guidelines and submission deadlines mandated by the Student Commission on Audit (SCOA)
• Conducts regular property inventory checks to safeguard organizational assets and merchandise

The Committee on Audit is created to institutionalize fiscal integrity and operational accountability, ensuring that every resource allocated serves the ultimate benefit of the Data Science student body.

Executive Order No. 003 establishes the Committee on Students’ Rights and Welfare (CSTRAW) under the Administrative Cabinet for A.Y. 2026–2027 to advocate for constituent rights, address student concerns, and promote holistic well-being within the Data Science community.

📌𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:
• Serves as the primary advocacy and mediation arm for student representation in GUJDASCI
• Systematically receives, documents, and addresses student academic grievances and departmental concerns
• Formulates rights awareness campaigns, academic integrity programs, and mental health initiatives
• Collaborates with student representatives to gather ground-level constituent feedback and recommend welfare policies

The CSTRAW Committee is created to institutionalize a proactive safeguard for student welfare, ensuring every Data Science student operates in a supportive, transparent, and fair academic environment.

The Guild of Junior Data Scientists officially approves Resolution No. 002, s. 2026–2027, appointing the 1st Year Representative of the Guild of Junior Data Scientists for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

This appointment recognizes her demonstrated leadership, commitment, and willingness to uphold the responsibilities entrusted to the position. As the representative of the first-year Data Science students, she is entrusted to serve as a voice for their concerns, interests, and welfare within the Guild.
