Nagsagawa ang Lanao del Norte Branch Office ng Ugnayan para sa mga Magsasaka ng Brgy. El Salvador, Lanao del Norte noong Setyembre 3, 2026 sa Brgy Hall ng nasabing lugar.

Kasama ang Assistant Branch Manager, Supervising Grains Officer, at Branch Standards and Quality Assurance Officer, tinalakay sa aktibidad ang mga pamantayan sa kalidad ng palay na binibili ng NFA, ang presyo sa ilalim ng PRICERS Program, at ang bagong sistema ng pagbili ng palay sa ilalim ng Purchase Order System.

Sa bawat pakikipag-ugnayan ng ahensya sa ating mga magsasaka, higit nating napagtitibay ang ating layunin na suportahan at mapalakas ang kanilang kabuhayan, gayundin ang pagtitiyak ng sapat na suplay ng de-kalidad na bigas para sa hapag-kainan ng bawat Pilipino.

Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapahusay sa kakayahan ng mga kawani, isinagawa sa NFA Bukidnon ang Refresher on Grains Classification and Post-Harvest Facilities Maintenance para sa mga Quality Assurance Officers (QAO), Milling Supervisors, at Mechanical Plant Operators.

MULA SA TEORYA TUNGO SA AKTUWAL NA KARANASAN

Binigyan ng NFA Misamis Oriental ng pagkakataon ang mga bagong-hire na empleyado na matuto at magsanay sa tunay na daloy ng palay procurement activities bilang bahagi ng kanilang Work Immersion on NFA Organizational Processes and Operations, sa pangunguna ng kanilang Team Leader na si Warehouse Supervisor Rodolfo Y. Eduave, Jr.

Bawat proseso ay naging pagkakataon upang matuto, magsanay, at higit na maunawaan ang kanilang mga tungkulin.

Sa pagtatapos ng immersion na isinagawa sa mga munisipyo ng Baungon, Talakag, at Balingasag, bitbit ng mga kalahok hindi lamang ang bagong kaalaman at kasanayan, kundi maging ang mahahalagang pananaw at aral na kanilang natutuhan mula sa aktuwal na karanasan.

Dahil ang mahusay na serbisyo ay nagsisimula sa tunay na pagkatuto.

NFA–LGU Partnership with Misamis Occidental

The partnership between the National Food Authority (NFA) and the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental under the leadership of Governor Henry S. Oaminal continues to strengthen through mutual cooperation and shared commitment to serving the people.

NFA Regional Manager Miguel S. Tecson and Governor Oaminal expressed their appreciation for the friendship and partnership that has been forged through working hand in hand toward the common goal of ensuring food security and providing meaningful assistance to the people of Misamis Occidental.

A significant part of this collaboration has been the implementation of the P20 per kilo rice program, a government initiative that brings affordable rice closer to Filipino families. Through the cooperation of the NFA and the local government, the program has been made more accessible to communities, particularly those who need affordable and reliable rice supply.

The partnership reflects how the national and local governments can work together effectivelyβ€”combining resources, strengthening coordination, and extending a helping hand to the people.

More than a partnership between institutions, the collaboration between NFA Region X and the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental represents a growing friendship founded on trust, cooperation, and a shared commitment to public service.
