Probation and Parole Cagayan de Oro City Office under the umbrella of Parole and Probation Administration Department of Justice Supervisors and (VPA's)Volunteer Probation Assistants of Cagayan de Oro Headed by CPPO Ms Grace Young Parrel visited Lumbia City Jail Ladies dorm and bring some gifts(toiletries)initiated by the very active VPA's of Cagayan de Oro led by the President Aldrin "b**g" M. Chan on October 24, 2025. This is in Celebration of the National Correctional Consiousness Month.

Probation and Parole Cagayan de Oro City Office under the umbrella of Parole and Probation Administration Department of J ustice Attended and Participated the Medical Mission Conducted by the City Health Insurance Office , these activity was availed by more or less (300)three hundred of our clients with their families at City Tourism Hall Cagayan de Oro City on October 22, 2025. Tis activity was assisted by the Supervisors of Probation and Parole CDO office and the active (vpa's)Volunteer Probation Assistants of Cagayan de Oro City.

Probation and Parole Cagayan de Oro City Office Conducted and Facilitated Basic Orientation and Refresher Course for the new recruit Volunteer Probation Assistants(VPA's) and the old ones on October 15, 2025 at Barangay Carmen conferrence room new building 3rd floor. These activity was attended by 50 VPA's and 15 PPO staffs headed by the stunning CPPO Ms Grace Young Parrel. Inspirational Message were given by Probation and Parole Regional director, Mayor Rolando "klarex" A. Uy represented by Hon. Councilor Roger Abaday Committee Chair on Peace And Order and Punong Barangay Rainier Joaquin "kikang" V. Uy.

The Parole and Probation Office of Cagayan de Oro City under the umbrella of Parole and Probation Administration, Department of Justice conducted and facilitated (3)three activities on October 11, 2025 from 8am to 5pm at Pabukid sa Indahag, Indahag Cagayan de Oro city. It was attended by (33) Volunteer Probation Assistants(VPAs) and (7)seven PPO staffs headed by CPPO Ms Grace Young-Parrel.
The following are the highlights during the activity, to wit:

The Cagayan de Oro City Parole and Probation Office (CDOC PPO), together with our committed Volunteer Probation Assistants (VPAs), successfully conducted a Team Building, Renewal of Commitment, and Oath-Taking of Newly Elected VPA Officers on October 11, 2025, at Pabukid sa Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City.
This meaningful activity served as an avenue to strengthen camaraderie among PPO personnel and VPAs, reinforce teamwork, and rekindle the spirit of volunteerism in support of our agency’s mission and vision. Through fun and interactive activities, participants reflected on the essence of unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility in carrying out our mandate of restorative justice and community-based rehabilitation. 🌿
The event also marked the formal oath-taking of the newly elected VPA officers who have committed to lead with integrity, compassion, and dedication in promoting rehabilitation and community service. Their leadership symbolizes renewed energy and continuous partnership in ensuring that our clients receive guidance and support toward positive change. 🤝
As one family, CDOC PPO and the VPA Association remain steadfast in upholding the values of service, integrity, and community partnership. Together, we move forward — stronger, united, and inspired to serve. 💚✨
