We are proud to announce the successful and official opening of the DTI 4-A CARP Negosyo Agraryo Regional Trade Fair 2025 on October 6, 2025 at the Mall Atrium, SM City Baguio.

This much-anticipated event showcases the finest products from Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in the CALABARZON region, providing them with a valuable platform to reach new markets and connect with consumers.

The event was honored by the presence of our esteemed DTI CALABARZON leaders: Dir. Marissa C. Argente – Regional Director, Dir. Revelyn A. Cortez – Assistant Regional Director, Dir. Lilibeth Chavez – Cavite Provincial Director, Dir. Christian Ted Tungohan – Laguna Provincial Director, Dir. Leila Cabreros – Batangas Provincial Director, and Dir. Julieta Tadiosa – Quezon Provincial Director.

We were also privileged to be joined by special guests: Mr. Ferdinand T. Aparri – DTI-CARP Program Manager, Dir. Atty. With its recent mandatory implementation under the Internet Transactions Act, it is important for MSMEs to understand how this requirement can help strengthen consumer trust, ensure compliance, and open more opportunities in e-commerce.
