Day 2 of the 2-Day Seminar on Parliamentary Procedure (May 6โ7) held at J. Vergara Hotel and Resort, Real, Quezon, with our Regional Director, Mr. Salvador Valeroso of the CDA Calamba Extension Office as the resource person. Eight CFIDP cooperative beneficiaries from Real, Infanta, and Polilio, Quezon are actively participating in this capacity-building activity aimed at strengthening their knowledge and skills in proper meeting management, decision-making, and cooperative governance, empowering them toward more effective and organized cooperative operations.

๐๐๐๐๐ | SPPARC Batch 1 Opening and Partnership Convergence
The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) officially opens the Solidarity and Partnership for Prosperity through Agrarian Reform Cooperatives (SPARCC) Batch 1 today, May 5, 2026, at NDN Grand Hotel, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, gathering key development partners from the Cooperative Development Authority Central Office, CDA Region IV-A, Region IV-B, Region V, and DAR in a united effort to strengthen agrarian reform cooperatives and promote inclusive rural prosperity.
The three-day activity serves as a convergence platform for government agencies and cooperative development champions to reinforce collaboration, enhance institutional support, and build sustainable opportunities for Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) through cooperative enterprise development.
With solidarity as its foundation and partnership as its strategy, SPPARC Batch 1 marks another significant step toward empowering agrarian communities and transforming cooperatives into engines of countryside growth.

๐๐ข๐ข๐ โThe 2026 Bauan Municipal Cooperative Development Council (MCDC) Youth Camp Experience.
in collaboration with Youth on Missions Philippines, Inc., with the theme โFind Your Path, Discover More,โ was successfully conducted on April 27โ28, 2026 at the Bauan Doctors Multipurpose Cooperative in Bauan, Batangas. A total of 39 young participants, aged 12โ19, attended the two-day learning sessions, representing ten (10) active primary cooperatives in the municipality.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ | Orientation Workshop on Conflict Management for Cooperatives
The San Pablo City Cooperative Union (SPCU), San Pablo City Cooperativeโs Development Council and the City Cooperativeโs Development Office, in coordination with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), are currently conducting an Orientation Workshop on Conflict Management for Cooperatives in San Pablo at the ABC Training Center, Old Capitol Hall, San Pablo City, Laguna.
The session is led by Atty. Owen Magdato of CDA Region IV-A sharing valuable insights on effective conflict resolution, strengthening cooperative governance, and promoting harmonious relationships within cooperative organizations.
The activity is attended by eighteen (18) cooperatives with a total of 45 participants/ officers representing various cooperatives.
This workshop aims to enhance the capacity of cooperative leaders and members in managing internal conflicts constructively, thereby strengthening unity, accountability, and sustainability within the cooperative sector.
