With a total of 169 graduates in attendance, the program was divided into two segments: the graduation ceremony for the 6 Basic Midshipmen Officer Candidate Course (BMOCC) graduates, and for the 163 cadets and cadettes who completed their Basic Naval Reserve Officer Training Course (NROTC).

𝙈𝙎𝟮 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮 of 𝙇𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙂𝙤𝙘𝙤 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙘. conducted a 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀.

At 0700H, the NROTC cadets and cadettes proceeded to the designated room to receive their Midterm and Final Examination results. The documents were distributed by YN3 DANILO PANAGSAGAN JR. PN (RES), allowing them to verify their grades and determine if they had passed and qualified for graduation. The verification process started from Alfa to Mike and was conducted from 0700H to 1200H in an organized and systematic manner.

At 1300H, the remaining group from November to Zulu began their verification of grades, also facilitated by YN3 DANILO PANAGSAGAN JR. PN (RES). Each cadet and cadette carefully reviewed their results, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. After the verification, further instructions regarding the upcoming graduation were given, including important reminders on schedule, proper uniform, and expected discipline during the ceremony.

A brief message of encouragement and congratulations was also shared, recognizing the efforts and dedication of the cadets and cadettes throughout their training. The activity concluded with all participants feeling accomplished and prepared for their graduation, and they were formally dismissed in an orderly manner.

At 1300H, the NROTC cadets and cadettes proceeded to the designated room to verify their grades and confirm if everyone had passed and qualified for graduation. YN3 DANILO PANAGSAGAN JR. PN (RES) presented the official list and carefully explained the results to ensure clarity among the students. The cadets and cadettes checked their names one by one, expressing relief and happiness upon seeing that they had successfully met the requirements.

After everyone had reviewed their grades, they were given further instructions regarding the preparation for their upcoming graduation, including reminders on proper attire, formation, and expected conduct during the ceremony. The facilitators also encouraged them to maintain discipline and uphold the values they had learned throughout the training.

Before dismissal, a short message of congratulations and appreciation was given, recognizing their hard work, perseverance, and dedication. The session concluded with the cadets and cadettes feeling proud and motivated as they prepared for the next milestone in their journey.
