Bilang pagpapakita sa publiko ng mga programa at gawaing pagpapaunlad ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan na nakapaloob sa Annual Investment Program (AIP) 2026, narito po ang nais nating patutunguhan pagdating sa usapin ng serbisyong lapat at dapat.

Binibigyang-diin na HINDI ITO BUDGET, kundi INVESTMENT PROGRAM ng bawat opisina para sa 2026. Wish list ng mga nais ipatupad ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa darating na taon.

Ang tanggpan ng Gobernador po ay bukas para sa lahat. Ang mga serbisyo at tulong na aming pinaabot ay walang pinipili. Mananatili po kaming tapat at lapat sa mamamayan.

This is to advise that the Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) of merchant-Corporations that 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 (𝗚𝗜𝗦) 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗢𝗜), duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.

The imposition of suspension comes after the issuance of 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟬𝟬𝟳, published on June 30, 2025, which required Corporations to submit their latest GIS with BOI. All corporate entities with existing Platinum Membership were likewise required to update their eligibility documents in the Government of the Philippines - Official Merchant Registry (GoP-OMR).

Further, 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 were sent to the registered Merchant Coordinators on July 14 to 17, and on 29 to 30, 2025. These served as 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 about the new requirement, with emphasis on the automatic suspension of PhilGEPS Certificate should Corporations fail to submit the necessary documents.

Please be informed that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗜𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗢𝗜, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 “𝗔” 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Additionally, eligibility documents must be accompanied by a 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗦𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, which states that the submitted documents are complete and authentic copies of the original, and all statements and information provided therein are updated, true, and correct. For 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗢𝗣𝗖𝘀), the SEC Registration Certificate may be uploaded in lieu of the GIS with BOI submission.
