To more years of leadership, service, and making things happen! 💙

Today, we celebrate not just another year in the life of our City Vice Mayor, Hon. Rex M. Daguman, but also the energy, dedication, and heart he brings to public service.

For the youth of Calbayog, having leaders who make room for young voices, welcome fresh ideas, and recognize the potential of the next generation makes all the difference.

From all of us at the Calbayog City Youth Development Office, happy birthday, VM Rex! May you never run out of reasons to smile, people to inspire, and good things to look forward to.

Padayon, VM Rex! 🎉
