The Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of three (3) wanted persons during a โWarrant Dayโ operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. Those arrested included one (1) Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP) and two (2) Other Wanted Person (OWP).
Top Most Wanted Arrested:
VALENZUELA CITY โ A 43-year-old male accused, listed as the No. 7 Top Most Wanted Person at the District Level and Top No. 7 Station Level, was arrested by joint operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS), Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD), and NDIT, RIU-NCR, IG during the service of a warrant of arrest in Barangay Canumay West, Valenzuela City on May 30, 2026.
The accused, a married and unemployed resident of Barangay Canumay West, was arrested for Violation of Section 10(a) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) under Criminal Case No. 666-V-20.
The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 172, Valenzuela City for the service of sentence.
After the arrest, the accused underwent a medical examination and was subsequently turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of Valenzuela City Police Station pending the return of the warrant to the issuing court.

NPD Intensifies 24-Hour Manhunt Operations; 9 Wanted Persons, Including Top Most Wanted for R**e by Sexual Assault
The Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of nine (9) wanted persons during a โWarrant Dayโ operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. Those arrested included one (1) Top Most Wanted Person, one (1) Most Wanted Person (MWP), and seven (7) Other Wanted Person (OWP).
Top Most Wanted Arrested:
MALABON CITY โ A 30-year-old male suspect, listed as the No. 5 Northern Police District (NPD) Top Most Wanted Person at the District Level and No. 4 Top Most Wanted Person of Malabon City Police Station for June 2026, was arrested by operatives of the Station Intelligence Section (SIS) and Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) during the implementation of a warrant of arrest in Barangay Longos, Malabon City.
The suspect, a fisherman and resident of Barangay Longos, Malabon City, was wanted for two counts of R**e and two counts of R**e by Sexual Assault.
The warrant was issued by the Family Court, Branch 4, Malabon City, presided over by Hon. Abigail Santos Domingo-Laylo.
Following his arrest, the suspect underwent a medical examination and was subsequently placed under police custody pending further court proceedings.
Most Wanted Arrested:
VALENZUELA CITY โ A 23-year-old male suspect wanted for the crime of Frustrated Murder was arrested by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section during a warrant service operation in Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City.
The suspect, an unemployed resident of Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City, was the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 270, Valenzuela City, presided over by Hon. Evangeline S. Mendoza-Francisco.
After his arrest, the suspect was brought to a medical facility for examination before being turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit for temporary detention pending further court proceedings.

VALENZUELA CITY โ A 23-year-old male accused, listed as the No. 5 Top Most Wanted Person at the station level of Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS), was arrested by joint operatives during the implementation of a warrant of arrest in Barangay Malinta, Valenzuela City.
The accused, a resident of Barangay Novaliches, Quezon City, and currently unemployed, was apprehended by personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Women and Children Protection Desk of VCPS, together with operatives of NDIT and RIU-NCR, by virtue of warrants of arrest for the crimes of R**e by Carnal Knowledge and R**e by Sexual Assault.
The warrants were issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 171, Valenzuela City, with no bail recommended.
After his arrest, the accused was brought to a medical facility for examination before being turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of VCPS for proper disposition and documentation pending the return of the warrant to the court of origin.

Valenzuela City โ A 30-year-old male suspect, a jobless resident of Brgy. Marulas, was arrested by operatives of Valenzuela Sub-Station 3 following an anti-criminality operation in Brgy. Marulas, Valenzuela City.
Initial investigation revealed that the suspect confronted the victim and verbally threatened him. The situation escalated when the suspect allegedly drew a handgun from his waist and pointed it at the victim, prompting the latter to flee and immediately seek assistance from nearby police personnel conducting Oplan Galugad.
Responding operatives swiftly conducted a follow-up operation, resulting in the arrest of the suspect. Recovered from his possession were one (1) caliber .38 pistol without serial number, one (1) live ammunition, and a black holster. The firearm is now subject for verification with the Fi****ms and Explosives Office (FEO) to determine its legality and ownership, while ballistic examination will be conducted by the NPD-Fi****ms Unit.
The suspect will be facing charges for Violation of Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code (Grave Threats) and Violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Fi****ms and Ammunition Regulation Act). The case will be filed for inquest proceedings before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Valenzuela City and will subsequently be raffled to the appropriate Regional Trial Court.

Those arrested included four (4) Top Most Wanted Person, and two (2) Other Wanted Person (OWP).
Top Most Wanted Arrested:
Valenzuela City โ A 23-year-old male listed as Top Most Wanted Person at both district and station levels was arrested in Barangay Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City, at around 2:20 PM on May 26, 2026, through the service of a Warrant of Arrest for three counts of R**e under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, issued by RTC Branch 270, Valenzuela City, with bail recommended.
The accused, a resident of the same barangay, was apprehended through a joint operation of station intelligence units, WCPD personnel, and regional investigative units under NCRPPO operational support. After arrest, he was brought to Valenzuela City Medical Center for medical examination and later turned over to the custodial facility pending return of warrant to the issuing court,
Caloocan City โ A 42-year-old male was arrested at about 5:45 PM on May 27, 2026, at DMG Compound, Barangay 165, Kaybiga, Caloocan City, by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and WCPD of Caloocan CPS.
He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code (Crim. Case No. C-131271), issued by RTC Family Court Branch 1, Caloocan City, with bail fixed at Php108,000.00. The suspect was listed as Top Most Wanted Person at both district and station levels. He was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center and later turned over to custodial facility for documentation and detention,
Malabon City โ A 41-year-old male was arrested at about 9:50 PM on May 27, 2026, in Sitio 6, Barangay Catmon, Malabon City, by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and WCPD of Malabon CPS.
He was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for R**e by Sexual Assault under Article 266-A (2) of the Revised Penal Code, docketed under Criminal Case No. 26-0513-MAL, issued by RTC Family Court Branch 4, Malabon City, with bail set at Php120,000.00. Listed as a Top 10 Station Level Most Wanted Person, the suspect was subjected to ARD documentation during the operation. He was brought to Ospital ng Malabon for examination and turned over to custodial facility pending court commitment order., and
Caloocan City - A male suspect, 35 years old, tagged as No. 6 District-Level Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP) of the Northern Police District and No. 3 Station-Level TMWP of Caloocan CPS for June 2026, was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of R**e under RPC Article 266-A.
The arrest was made at about 4:00 PM on May 27, 2026 at Brgy. 179, Amparo, Caloocan City.
The suspect, a resident of Brgy. 179, Amparo, Caloocan City, was apprehended through intensified manhunt operations conducted by operatives of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) and Caloocan CPS.
The warrant of arrest was issued by the Family Court, Branch 1, Caloocan City under Criminal Case No. C-131169, with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.
