HAPPENING NOW | The 3-Day International Youth Fellowship (IYF) World Camp 2024 officially began as key persons of the event started to arrive in the venue and delivered their remarks.

President of IYF Philippines, Rev. Abraham Nam, delivered the opening message acknowledging the presence of Caloocan youth and the efforts of the Caloocan LGU to commence the event.

University of Caloocan City President, Dr. Marilyn T. De Jesus, on the other hand, delivered her congratulatory message as the event offers different benefits that could help develop the youth.

Lastly, City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan extended his support and with Caloocan Local Youth Development Council Officer-in-Charge Leslie Anne Yakit delivering his message emphasizing the future role of youth leadership.

The event also featured different performances from various talented youth.

HAPPENING NOW | Various youth organizations in Caloocan City start to arrive in Caloocan Sports Complex, today, September 24, as the 2024 International Youth Fellowship (IYF) World Camp commenced.

In partnership with the Caloocan Local Government Unit, the IYF aims to connect young people from different countries and cultures and to develop leadership capabilities.

HAPPENING NOW | UCC Advanced Life-savers and Emergency Response Team conducts their annual blood-letting project in partnership with Philippine Red Cross and Hygiene Clinic at University of Caloocan City - Congressional Campus.

The event also offers free HIV Testing for any interested participant.

The blood donation project will run until 3 in the afternoon.

UNIVERSITY NEWS | SALUBONG 2024: UCCIANS CELEBRATE POST BAR EXAM

The community, composed of UCC College of Law & undergraduates, celebrates the post Bar Exam with Salubong 2024 at University of Caloocan City, yesterday, September 16.

The event aims to celebrate the fearless battles of 19 strong bar examinees of the university through exciting and wringing wet activities.

Water spray from two fire trucks, foams, and roaring cheers greet the barristers as they arrive at the event.

On September 8, 11, & 15, the Bar Exam happened where over 12,000 future lawyers participated— and 19 among them are the University of Caloocan City’s pride.
