๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, our City Fire Marshal, the Ranks and Non-Officer in Ranks personnel of Caloocan City Fire Station assembled at the Caloocan City Central Fire Station to actively participate in the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony. The activity served as a meaningful start to the week, fostering discipline, unity, and a renewed sense of duty among personnel.
As part of the program, SFO2 Allan I Perez, our Troop Information and Education speaker, delivered a reflection on the tragic collapse of a nine-story building under construction in Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, on May 24, 2026, which resulted in casualties and trapped individuals. A massive, multi-agency rescue effort highlighted three core lessons: the absolute priority of strict safety compliance to prevent negligence, the life-saving value of continuous emergency preparedness and training, and the necessity of seamless inter-agency cooperation during a crisis. Ultimately, His speech calls on members of the Bureau of Fire Protection to honor their public responsibility by maintaining constant readiness, honing their professional skills, and remaining vigilant in protecting their communities.
Personnel from the North and South Caloocan Fire Sub-Stations also conducted their respective flag raising activities within their designated AORs

. ๐๐๐ญ๐, Acting Chief of EMS responded to a trauma incident involving a fall at 415C Bo Galino Street, 9th Avenue, Caloocan City.
The patient, a 58-year-old male residing at the incident location, presented with an initial impression of being conscious and oriented, though presenting positive signs of alcohol intoxication. The patient's chief complaints included active nose bleeding, swelling on the upper right eye, a single episode of vomiting, and multiple abrasions across his body, specifically located on the right shoulder, left knee, right hand, and left forearm. A review of his past medical history revealed significant pre-existing conditions, including a seizure disorder, hypertension, diabetes, and a history of stroke.
Upon arrival, the duty EMS responders conducted a primary assessment and took the patient's vital signs. Immediate medical interventions were executed on-site, including bleeding control and wound management for the abrasions, alongside the administration of oxygen therapy via a nasal cannula at a flow rate of 6 liters per minute to address the low oxygen saturation.
Following stabilization, the patient was transported at 1710H to the Quezon City General Hospital for advanced medical evaluation. The EMS team safely arrived at the medical facility, officially arriving on the scene (10-23) at 1734H, where care was formally transferred to the hospital staff.
