1301st RRIBn Inter-Company Basketball Tournament officially tips off! ๐๐ฅ
Representing the strength, unity, and competitive spirit of the battalion are the players from Headquarters Company, Alpha Company, Bravo Company, and Charlie Company. More than just a game, this tournament reflects camaraderie, discipline, teamwork, and the warrior spirit that binds every reservist of the 1301st RRIBn.

The ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง officially commenced its much-anticipated Inter-Company Basketball Tournament today, 31 May 2026, held at De La Salle Araneta University.โฃโฃ

The opening games marked the beginning of a spirited display of camaraderie, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among the participating companies of the battalion. Fourteen (14) players proudly represented their respective teams as they battled it out on the hardwood in pursuit of pride and championship glory.โฃโฃ

The activity was spearheaded by MAJOR ANTONIETA L ARMATEO, Battalion S1 and Adjutant, who also serves as the Overall Chairperson of the tournament. โฃโฃ
โฃโฃ
The first round of the games was held between Alpha Coy vs Bravo Coy; where Alpha Coy won with 68-56. The following game between Charlie Coy vs Headquarters Coy ended in a grueling 66-44 tilt in favor of HQCoy.โฃโฃ

The second round of the games will continue on 07 June following a single-round robin format.โฃโฃ

More than just competition, the event serves as a platform to strengthen unity, morale, and esprit de corps within the battalion.

Beginning at 0500H, troops from various companies of the Battalion were strategically deployed to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the religious gathering. Personnel actively assisted Muslim commuters crossing nearby roads, helping ensure their safe passage, while simultaneously preparing for the orderly distribution of food supplies for attendees.โฃ

At 0630H, members of the Muslim community commenced their congregational prayersโa solemn and meaningful expression of faith, sacrifice, and devotion that defines the spirit of Eid Al-Adha. The prayer concluded peacefully at 0732H, with battalion personnel maintaining a respectful and secure environment throughout the observance.โฃ

Immediately thereafter, troops transitioned from security support to community assistance, facilitating the distribution of food packs to attendees while ensuring proper crowd flow and orderly movement of beneficiaries. This act of service reflected the battalionโs enduring commitment to compassion, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement with the communities it proudly serves.โฃ

On 26 April 2026, the ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง proudly supported the successful conduct of the Joint Closing Ceremony of the NSTPโROTC and CWTS Components (AY 2025โ2026) and the ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ข ๐ข๐ต ๐๐ข๐บ๐ข: 3rd Annual Community Immersion at the City of Malabon University Grounds, Brgy. Longos, Malabon City.
Serving as security augmentation for the entire event, 1301st RRIBn enlisted personnels ensured the safety, order, and smooth flow of activitiesโallowing the program to proceed with dignity and discipline. Beyond security, the battalion also actively assisted in the distribution of goods during the outreach program, embodying the true spirit of ๐ฃ๐ข๐บ๐ข๐ฏ๐ช๐ฉ๐ข๐ฏ and compassion for the community.
The dayโs highlights included the Presentation and Declaration of Basic ROTC Graduates, the awarding of certificates led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐
(๐๐๐), ๐๐, and the formal turnover, acceptance, and oath-taking of graduates into the Reserve Force headed by CMU ROTC Commandant and the 1301st RRIBn Battalion Commander, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐

The 1301st RRIBn also stood in solidarity with the cadets during the closing ceremony, witnessing the culmination of their training and the beginning of their journey as citizen-soldiers. Last 25 April 2026, the dedicated personnel of the 1301st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (1301st RRIBn) proudly joined the ๐๐

Held at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, the event marked the 33rd anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Commandโcelebrating decades of unwavering service, resilience, and patriotism.
Members of the 1301st RRIBn stood side by side with fellow reservists and active personnel, embodying the true spirit of the Laang Kawal. Guided by the theme โ๐๐ข๐จ๐จ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐ข ๐ด๐ข ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ข๐ฏ, ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฅ๐ช๐ณ๐ช๐ธ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฑ๐ข๐ณ๐ข ๐ด๐ข ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฌ๐ข๐ด๐ข๐ฏ,โ the activity promoted not only physical fitness but also strengthened camaraderie and unity within the force.

A total of 82 enlisted personnels and 3 officers of the battalion took part in this 4-reporting day activity, joined on the 12th of April by 13 Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and 3 teachers from GPES, in a shared effort to promote environmental stewardship and community involvement.โฃ

Through the planting of seedlings, the battalion contributed to ongoing efforts against climate change and extreme heat, while helping nurture a greener and healthier future for the next generation.โฃ

Among the seedlings planted were 20 langka, 20 lemon, 20 kalamansi, 20 guyabano, and 20 rambutan, symbolizing hope, sustainability, and collective responsibility for the environment.โฃ

Following the tree planting activity, the troops shared lunch through a traditional boodle fight, serving as a gesture of thanksgiving for the successful conduct of the battalionโs activities during the first quarter of 2026.
