📣 ABISO SA MGA KABARANGAY

Magkakaroon ng flushing activities mula June 3–5, 2026. Maaaring makaranas ng low water pressure, pansamantalang pagkawala ng tubig, o water discoloration ang ilang lugar sa Paligui, Bahay Pare, Dulong Ilog, at Pulong Palazan.
Mag-imbak po ng sapat na tubig.

Mapagpalang araw po sa ating lahat, lalo na sa mga magsasaka!

Nais po naming ipabatid na magkakaroon ng pamamahagi ng mga binhi (seeds distribution) sa darating na Lunes ( June 1,2026 ), sa Pacoma, Bahay Pare, mula 6:30 hanggang 7:00 ng umaga.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat kay JJ Manarang sa pagbibigay ng gamot para sa ating mga kabarangay. Malaking tulong po ito lalo na sa mga nangangailangan. Maraming salamat sa inyong kabutihan at malasakit sa ating barangay. 💙

Ang gamot ay available po sa ating Barangay Health Center.

📌 WHAT: Candaba Tagalog Region Incoming 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th year college Cuties

🗓 WHEN: May 29, 2026 Friday

🕗 8:00 AM – 10am Incoming 4th, 5th and 6th year students

🕕 10:00 AM - 2pm Incoming 3rd year students

Graduating students are NOT included po. Pasensya na po at tapos na ang payout nila.

📍 WHERE: Bahay Pare Covered Court, Brgy. Bahay Pare, Candaba Pampanga

📢 CUTIES Submission Requirements
(For Incoming 3rd, 4th & 5th Year Students SY 2026–2027)

Please prepare the following:

✅ A. Application Form
Available sa mga barangay, leaders at offices of Dra. Bondoc in San Gabriel, Macabebe and Sta Cruz Poblacion San Luis

Original form po ang kailangan dahil naka numero po yan.

✅ B. Photocopy of National ID (Claimant) and legal ID student

Very Important:
a) Sorry National ID lang ng CLAIMANT at wala na po iba. Rules ng DSWD po ito. Pasensyang pasensya na po. 🙏🙏💕

b) The address should be in the 4th District of Pampanga and should be the same address as the indigency.

c) Kung hindi students ang claimant: Photocopy of students ID (ok barangay ID, school ID, passport etc).

d) Kung walang National ID si student, maaring gawing claimant ang parents na may National ID

e) You may submit National ID from egov portal kung hindi dumating yung actual National
ID nila.

✅ C. Proof of Voter’s Registration of claimant and student

Very Important
1) Must be registered in the 4th District of Pampanga

2) Tatanggapin namin Year 2020 -2026

✅ D. Certificate of Registration (COR) (Portal copy is accepted)

• 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027
• If not yet available: 2nd Semester, SY 2025–2026

✅ E. Certificate of Grades (COG) (Portal
copy ok)

• 2nd Semester (SY 2025 - 2026)
• If not available, 1st Semester 2025 to 2026 is accepted
• No failing grades

✅ F. Barangay Indigency Certificate (under CLAIMANT’S name)
Purpose must indicate: “FOOD ASSISTANCE”

VERY IMPORTANT: National ID and Brgy. Indigency should have the same address.

✅ G. Seeds / Binhi 🌱
Claim your seeds/binhi and grow at least 10 plants at home as part of the program requirement
(Ipapamigay ito during submission)

✅ Yung mga kakanta, please download your music. May SINGING CONTEST po na gaganapin.

If the claimant has received assistance from DSWD within the last 3 months, they are not qualified

2️⃣ Allowed Claimants Only:
✔ Student
✔ Parents
✔ Grandparent

❌ No tita, tito, friend, or jowa

✔ Someone else may submit your requirements for you

3️⃣ Claimant must be available for pickup anytime

4️⃣ Voters registration and National ID ok different address but dapat nasa 4th district of Pampanga yung address.
