The Candijay Police, under the supervision of PLT REVY DEAN D BASALAN, Chief of Police, conducted an information dissemination campaign through community dialogue and distribution of informative flyers regarding Crime Prevention Tips, Safe Spaces Act, Anti-VAWC, Anti-Rape, Anti-Illegal Drugs, Anti-Terrorism and the Unified 911 system.

Residents were also encouraged to actively participate in crime prevention by promptly reporting suspicious activities and cooperating with authorities. This initiative aims to raise public awareness and strengthen community involvement in maintaining peace and order.

security concerns and the need for stronger

On October 05,2026.Candijay MPS personnel under the direct supervision of PLT REVY DEAN D BASALAN OIC, conducted Oplan Bandilyo (Public Address) regarding Anti Criminality Tips and Road Safety Tips within our Area Of Responsibility at Bohol Island State University BISU Cogtong Campus, Cogtong Candijay Bohol.

Oplan Bandilyo (or Oplan Bandillo) is a vital community policing initiative by the Philippine National Police (PNP) that utilizes mobile public address systems to broadcast crime prevention tips and safety reminders directly to the public. It acts as a proactive shield against local crimes and emergencies.
