Please be informed that the Supreme Court has issued Memorandum Circular No. 02-2026, adopting flexible work arrangements and energy conservation measures in the Judiciary.

Under this Circular, flexible work arrangements in the Judiciary will begin on March 9, 2026 and will remain in effect until otherwise modified or lifted by the Supreme Court.

The public is advised that court services will continue in accordance with the set guidelines.

📢 Announcement: Suspension of Work and Court Operations on February 06, 2026.

Considering that Carcar City has been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 and RED WARNING per Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 5, work and court operations in RTC Carcar City and all courts under its jurisdiction are SUSPENDED today, February 06, 2026 pursuant to Memorandum Order No. ORCM-JR07-018-2026.

A skeleton force will be maintained to attend to urgent matters.

Due to the impending weather disturbance brought by Tropical Depression Wilma, work and court operation in Carcar City courts are suspended starting 3:00 PM today, December 5, 2025 pursuant to Memorandum Order No. ORCM-JR07-024-2025.

A skeleton force will be maintained to attend to urgent matters.
