๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, successfully conducted a Cleanup Drive Activity at Sitio Tacdog, Pob. 3, Carcar City, Cebu. The activity was carried out to foster community involvement, promote environmental responsibility, and enhance the cleanliness and well-being of the community.
During the activity, the participating personnel actively collected garbage, cleared debris, swept the surroundings, and conducted plucking of grasses within the area to help maintain cleanliness and orderliness. The initiative reflected the dedication and commitment of Carcar City Jail personnel in supporting environmental protection efforts and strengthening cooperation with the local community through meaningful civic engagement activities.

Pilgrims and Ministers from Our Lady of Lindogon, Simala donate Food Packs and Hygiene Kits to Carcar City Jail
Fifty (50) Pilgrims and Ministers from Our Lady of Lindogon, Simala, led by Rev. Abot Ma. Martin Mangila, MMEA, Prior and Founder, donated 354 food packs and 307 hygiene kits to the Carcar City Jail for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). The outreach activity was carried out as part of a humanitarian mission focused on providing support, encouragement, and compassion to individuals undergoing rehabilitation. The donated items symbolize generosity and concern for the welfare of the PDL, helping boost their morale and overall well-being.

Carcar City Jail is a Drug-Free Jail Facility
On April 30, 2026, Carcar City Jail, headed by Jail Warden ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฃ๐ง ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐๐ข๐ก๐ฌ ๐ฃ ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐ฃ๐, received a Certificate for Drug-Free Jail Facility from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region VII with IAI Mario Portugal, Jr., PDEA representative.
The awarding ceremony aimed to recognize jail units that have effectively complied with the standards and requirements set by the PDEA in maintaining a drug-free environment within their facilities, highlighting the leadership of the Jail Warden and the collective dedication of the personnel in upholding the agencyโs mandate and supporting the governmentโs campaign against illegal drugs.
