1. Application Form

โช With satisfactory rating in English Proficiency and/or Purposive Communication course/s
3. Statement of Purpose
Minimum of six (6) paragraphs, with page number(s) and the applicantโs signature
The Statement of Purpose should briefly and clearly address the following:
โช Motivation โ Reasons for applying and what the applicant hopes to gain from the mobility program.
โช Academic Background โ Relevant academic experiences, achievements, skills, and preparation for the program.
โช Program Relevance โ Explain how the applicantโs current degree program is relevant to pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality.
โช Career Goals โ Discuss short-term and long-term academic and professional goals and how the program will support these.
โช Commitment and Readiness โ Demonstrate commitment, responsibility, adaptability, leadership, and readiness to participate in an international academic environment.
โช Cultural and International Engagement โ Explain the applicantโs willingness to engage with diverse cultures and represent Carcar City College responsibly.
โช Expected Contribution and Impact โ State how the applicant will apply and share the knowledge and experiences gained from the mobility program.
โช Contact Information โ Include the applicantโs full name, active email address, mobile number, degree program, year level, and current address.

6. Endorsement from the Program Head of the undergraduate department noted by the Director for Student Affairs and Services
๐๐๐๐ 2: PRELIMINARY SCREENING
After the preliminary screening conducted by the Program Heads and the English Proficiency Focal Person (BAEL Program Head), applicants will receive an email notifying them of the status of their application.
The list of applicants who have successfully passed the preliminary screening and are eligible to proceed to the next phase will also receive an e-mail from the college.
๐๐๐๐ 3: FACE-TO-FACE EVALUATION AND INTERVIEW
If you pass the document-based preliminary screening, you will be invited by the Mobility Selection Committee to undergo a face-to-face evaluation and interview, which will include a competency-based interview and behavioral assessment.
๐๐๐๐ 4: RANKING AND FINAL SELECTION
Since the scholarship slots are limited, eligible applicants shall be ranked based on the established selection criteria.
Following the ranking process, the final list of selected candidates for the Student Mobility Program shall be officially posted on the CCC Official page.
The published list shall likewise serve as the basis for the formal endorsement of the selected candidates to the Board of Trustees for appropriate approval and action.
๐๐๐๐ 5: NOMINATION TO HOST INSTITUTION
Selected candidates shall undergo the nomination process to the host institution in Malaysia. ๐ฒ๐พ
๐๐๐๐ 6: INTERVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY HOST INSTITUTION
Nominated candidates shall undergo the interview and acceptance process conducted by the host institution.
๐๐๐๐ 7: PRE-DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS AND ORIENTATION
Selected candidates shall complete the required Learning Agreement Form and Return Service Obligation Form and attend the Pre-Departure Orientation.
The orientation will cover:
โข Academic expectations
โข Cultural sensitivity
โข Health and safety
โข Financial matters
โข Travel protocols
โข Responsibilities while abroad
๐๐๐๐ 8: VISA AND TRAVEL PROCESSING
This includes the processing of visa, HEPP requirements, airfare, and other necessary travel documentation.
๐๐๐๐ 9: GRADUATE STUDENT MOBILITY IMPLEMENTATION ๐ต๐ญโ๏ธ๐ฒ๐พ
The selected candidates shall participate in the Graduate Student Mobility Program in Malaysia, subject to the requirements and arrangements of CCC and the host institution.
๐๐๐๐ 10: POST-MOBILITY DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
Upon completion of the program, participants shall submit completion documents, reflections, reports, and other evidence of participation to CCC for institutional documentation and internationalization reporting.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Final selection shall be based on the established eligibility requirements, screening, evaluation, ranking, and approval of the appropriate CCC authorities.
