In light with the continuing effects of Tropical Storm Basyang, placing Carcar City, Cebu under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 and Red Warning per Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 5, work and court operations of the Regional Trial Courts in Carcar City are suspended today, February 06, 2026 pursuant to Memorandum Order No.ORCM-JR07-018-2026.

Despite of the work suspension, the court will maintain a skeleton force to attend urgent matters.

In adherence to the work suspension issued by the City Government of Carcar City, Cebu due to the weather disturbance caused by Tropical Depression Wilma, a Memorandum Order No. ORCM-JR07-024-2025 was issued allowing the court to have an early dismissal today, November 05, 2025 at 3:00 P.M.
