What: MOBILE BLOOD DONATION 🩸
Who:
•16 - 17 years old (basta naay consent sa parents ug anaa mismo ang ginikanan anang adlawa)
•18 - 60 years old and above
When: June 7, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Where: Liburon Covered Court (Jovencio S. Cabungcal Sr. Sports & Recreation Center)

𝐃𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐓 𝐔𝐆 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐍!
1.) 50kg pataas ang timbang
2.) Blood pressure 90/60 mmHg to 160/90 (Pero dapat ang BP nga molapas sa 140/90 mmHg aduna na kini gitumar nga maintenance sa altapresyon.)
3.) Normal hemoglobin value (E test daan before kuhaan sa dugo anang adlawa sa pag donar for free.)
4.) Nakakaon sa niaging 4 ka oras
5.) Nakatulog ug at least 6 hours straight
6.) 1 year na ang nilabay gikan sa pagpa tattoo, body piercing, nagpaibot ug ngipon, surgeries, rabies vaccination, gikan sa pagpanganak
8.) Dili buntis
9.) Wala ni-apil ug casual s*x ug unprescribed injectable drugs (Pwedi ra maka donate ang surrenderers or learners as long as healthy ra ug mga usa ka tuig na nga niundang ug gamit sa ginadili nga druga ug dapat dli kini injectable drugs.)
10.) Wala manigarilyo sa adlaw sa pag donar
11.) Wala maka inom ug makahubog nga ilimnon sa niaging 24 oras
