𝗗𝗧𝗜, 𝗖𝗘𝗕𝗨 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝟰𝟬𝗧𝗛 𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗬𝗢 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗞𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗢𝗙𝗙 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗦

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Cebu City Government formalized a landmark partnership this week, signing a Memorandum of Agreement for the simultaneous launch of the 40th Negosyo Center in Cebu Province and the inaugural leg of the DTI Financing Caravan, an enterprise support drive designed to connect micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the financing tools and guidance they need to recover and grow.

The Negosyo Center will be housed inside the One Stop Shop at Robinsons Galleria, giving local business owners a convenient venue to seek registration assistance, business counseling, and access to government programs. Cebu City holds the distinction of being the first locality to host the Financing Caravan, which is set to travel across other areas in the months ahead.

At the Caravan, MSMEs can access a full range of support services under one roof: loan and financing opportunities, financial literacy and negosyo guidance, business support and consultations, and digital payment solutions for their negosyo.

The event drew participation from a broad coalition of financing institutions ready to walk business owners through loan products and assist with onboarding and financing applications on the spot. Partners present included Small Business Corporation (SB Corp.), LandBank of the Philippines, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Maya Business, GCash, CTBC Bank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Cebuana Lhuillier.

The initiative also carries a forward-looking dimension. Cebu City officials expressed hope that DTI would align with the city's 2035 Vision by championing ease of doing business through digital registration processes, promoting green financing and sustainable sourcing in support of a circular economy, and helping aspiring entrepreneurs transition from the informal to the formal sector.

The Financing Caravan is being positioned as a direct response to the financial pressures businesses faced in the aftermath of recent crises, offering a timely bridge between struggling enterprises and the credit and support systems available to them

Ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), sa tulong ng Small Business Corporation (SBCorp), ay naglunsad ng ₱4 Bilyong pondo para sa mga MSME upang makapagbigay ng karagdagang suporta sa mga negosyanteng Pilipino na apektado ng Middle East crisis.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼:
- Loanable amount is from P30,000 up to P20 milyon
- Collateral-free para sa mga pautang na hanggang ₱5 milyon.
- 1 taon na palugit
- Mabilis na proseso 7–10 araw
