Adding to this special moment, our distinguished judges, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗦. 𝗢𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣. 𝗭𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻, and 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, met and exchanged ideas with our awardees. From carefully judging photographs to celebrating the artists behind them, it was a meaningful gathering of creativity, collaboration, and shared purpose. 🥹💖

Our City Mayor and City GAD Officer, Ms. Altarez Melanie, challenged our winners and distinguished judges to take their creativity beyond the frame by collaborating with the City Government of Carmona in creating reels and other social media content to flex our baGADhari PRIDE Lanes! 🌈📱🔥

From photographs to reels, from captured moments to stories in motion, our talented Carmonians now have another opportunity to help spread the message of acceptance, diversity, equality, and inclusion. Awareness becomes more meaningful when it leads to action, and compassion becomes more powerful when translated into service. ✨

Our City Gender and Development (GAD) Officer, Ms. Melanie C. Altarez, shared an inspiring message during the Mental Health and Breast Cancer Awareness activity of our Carmona City Health Office, reminding us that our stories, experiences, and acts of kindness can become instruments of hope for others. 💞

As part of her message, she also introduced 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲, a meaningful initiative of the City Government of Carmona through the City GAD Office, dedicated to extending care and support to Carmonians who need access to medical consultation and diagnostic procedures after discovering a breast lump.

Because behind every health concern is a person, a family, a story, and a hope for a healthier tomorrow. No one should have to face fear, uncertainty, or the journey toward diagnosis without compassion and support. 💗

Through KaibiGAD Care, we reaffirm our commitment to a community where seeking help is encouraged, health concerns are taken seriously, and every person is treated with dignity and care.

Sa pangunguna ni City Mayor Dahlia A. Loyola, kasama ang Office of the City Gender and Development (GAD) Officer, Office of the City Health Officer (CHO), at Pagamutang Bayan ng Carmona (PBC), idinaos noong Oktubre 5, 2026 ang Signing of Memorandum of Agreement sa pagitan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan at ng ICanServe Foundation, Inc. para sa implementasyon ng Ating Dibdibin Program sa Lungsod.

Layunin ng programa na matiyak ang suporta at pagdaraos ng mga breast cancer awareness activities at health education sessions, pati na rin ang community-based clinical breast examination at screening and early detection activities para sa mga mamamayan ng lungsod.

Matagumpay na isinagawa noong Setyembre 30 ang TheirSpace: Taking Harassment Elimination into Response for Safe Spaces and Community Empowerment sa Carmona Community Center.

Kasama ang mga miyembro ng TODA, Mr. GAD Katropa, at mga Barangay Officials and Employees sa Lungsod ng Carmona, tinalakay sa seminar ang Republic Act 11313 (Safe Spaces Act of 2019) at Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004).

Nagkaroon din ng Pledge and Signing of the Wall of Commitment ang mga dumalo bilang pagpapatibay sa kanilang panata na makikibahagi sa pagbuo ng isang safe at violence-free Carmona.

Maraming salamat kina Prosec. Gee Bilog Rosanes at Prosec. Michelle Agullo-Canja sa pagbabahagi ng kanilang legal expertise tungkol sa mga nasabing paksa.
