Custodial Facility and PNP "Know your Rights" Mobile Application
Northern Samar Human Rights Desk led by PLTCOL BONIFACIO O RICAFORT JR together with PSSg Leopoldo R Ferrer Jr and PCpl Maruja C Dorias under the Leadership of PCOL ARNEL J APUD, OD, NSPPO, inspected custodial facility of Catarman MPS and the mobile phones of each PNP personnel of San Jose MPS and Lope de Vega MPS to ensure the they have downloaded the said application.
The inspection was in relation with the UDHR 73rd Anniversary and the National Human Rights Consciousness Week (Dec. 4-10)
