Community progress begins with active participation and clear standards for our shared spaces. The Committee on Public Safety, Peace and Order conducted a Public Hearing at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall to discuss vital proposed ordinances for our municipality.

Following DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-029, we are reviewing policies to enhance the quality of life for every Catarmananon:
• Protecting our Youth: Implementing curfew hours for minors.
• Promoting Order: Banning liquor consumption in public areas.
• Ensuring Decency: Standards for attire in public places.
• Neighborhood Peace: Regulating videoke and amplified audio devices to respect everyone’s rest.

Your voice is a crucial part of the legislative process. These measures are designed with the safety and harmony of our community in mind. Let’s continue working together for a better, more disciplined Catarman!
