Bilang Chair ng Senate Committee on Health, napakaimportante para kay Senator B**g Go na mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng bawat Pilipino. Kaya naman masaya siyang ibalita na binuksan na ang ika-156 na Malasakit Center sa Ospital ng Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte sa San Jose del Monte, Bulacan ngayong March 6, Lunes.

Ang Malasakit Center ay isang one-stop shop kung saan nasa loob na ng isang kuwarto ang apat na ahensya ng gobyerno — ang PhilHealth, DOH, PCSO at DSWD na magtutulong-tulong upang mapababa ang mga bayarin sa ospital ng isang pasyente.

The NSPHO is imposing restrictions to all persons, it's employees and patients, who shall enter the hospital's premises. This is in connection with the provinces' surge of Covid positive census after the holidays celebrations. This is also a response to the good Governor Ongchuan's plea to help in the management and prevention of the spread of Covid-19 throughout the province. Said memorandum, prohibits an unvaccinated to enter in its premises. Thus, a No Vaccination Card No Entry Policy is being implemented, except for those willing to get vaccinated on-site and for those availing of outpatient and emergency services.
Minors,who are not patients, will also not be allowed in the facility.

Launching of Malasakit Center-Northern Samar

The Malasakit Center-Northern Samar was launched last March 18, 2019. It is the 31st in the whole country and aims ensure financial risk protection to all NSPH patients and improve the healthcare services esp in our province . Said center is a one-stop shop manned by representatives from DOH, PCSO, PhilHealth and DSWD wherein a natural born Filipino can avail of its non-political medical assistance. It is ought to serve poor, indigent and financially incapacitated Nortehanons, thus, No-Balance and Zero-Balance Billing.
