Catarman officially welcomed LGOO VI Norberto Doroga as the new Municipal Local Government Operations Officer during today’s ceremonial turnover after the flag-raising program.

As the Local Chief Executive I expressed the LGU’s full support for MLGOO Doroga and thanked outgoing MLGOO Roel Ortiz for his dedicated service to the municipality.

Together, Catarman moves forward toward stronger governance, continued progress, and greater milestones ahead. 💙💛

Today marks a new beginning for the 81 graduates of Catarman SPED Center.

I am greatly honored to have witnessed this achievement of our dear pupils and their parents.

It is also a heartwarming privilege to reconnect with my former teachers, whose guidance continues to inspire.
