📢 FAQS RE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II APPLICATION 📢

Q: I wasn't able to retain or update my points last September 2025. Can I still do it now?
A: YES. Whether you applied in April or September previously, you are eligible/allowed.

Q: Do I need to submit "Annex C" for retention or updating?
A: NO. Annex C is not required for this process.

Q: I lost my Individual Evaluation Sheet (IES). Can I ask for a copy?
A: The IES is the document you photographed after your points were encoded during the Comparative Assessment. If you no longer have a copy:
✅ You may attach the email notification previously sent to you regarding your application.
✅ Attach whatever relevant proof is available.
✅ If absolutely no record exists, you may opt not to submit the IES.

📍This is to inform all Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) Teacher I applicants, especially those under the RETAIN category, who have not yet received their application code, to please accomplish the designated form.

📍 Please ensure that your email address is correct and active, as several emails were undelivered due to invalid recipient addresses.

📍New and Updating applicants who were unable to receive their application codes need not worry, as you may obtain your codes on your assigned schedule during the evaluation period.
