DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND COMUNICATION (IEC) MATERIALS.

May 18, 2026 - The Catarman District Jail, under the supervision of JSSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Director of BJMP RO VIII, and the leadership of SJO1 Rafael S Vestra Jr., Acting District Jail Warden, personnel of Catarman District Jail conducted an information campaign through distribution of informative materials regarding the Localization of Executive Order No. 70, also known as the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) as well as anti-illegal drug awareness, for students and other individuals in Catarman, Northern Samar.

The activity aimed to strengthen community awareness campaign and support for Executive Order No. 70, the National Task Force to Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), and the Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign through the distribution of flyers promoting public safety and awareness.

Acacia, Catarman, Northern Samar.

April 25, 2026 - The Catarman District Jail, under the supervision of JSSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Director of BJMP RO VIII, and the leadership of SJO4 Joey G Abia, Acting Jail Warden, personnel of Catarman District Jail, conducted information campaign through distribution of informative materials relating to the Localization of Executive Order No. 70, or the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and Anti-Illegal Drug Awareness to the students and other individuals at Catarman, Northern Samar.

The activity is aimed to community awareness campaign to support of Executive Order No. 70, the National Task Force to Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), and Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign, through the spreading of flyers to promote public safety.

On April 23, 2026, Catarman District Jail received various supply from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Catarman, through the Office of the HON. DIANNE E ROSALES, Municipal Mayor. Your support has been truly helpful and greatly appreciated.
