Led by DAR Secretary Conrado Estrella III, together with DAR Officials, DARPO SAMAR Personnel, representatives from the other agencies and the cooperativeโ€™s chairman, the turnover provides enterprise support amounting to โ‚ฑ250,938.00.

The assistance includes a Sliding Screen Window, Water Storage and Plumbing System, 26-cu.-ft. Inverter upright Chiller, and Preparation Table with Detachable Granite topโ€”facilities intended to improve the cooperativeโ€™s processing operations and support the production of its cacao-based products.

Through the VLFED Project, DAR continues to strengthen agrarian reform beneficiariesโ€™ enterprises by providing support that contributes to improved productivity, processing capacity, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

The distribution underscores DARโ€™s continuing commitment to strengthening land tenure security and delivering efficient, responsive, and technology-driven agrarian reform services to beneficiaries.

The ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐€๐Œ๐€๐‘ joined the regionwide Distribution of ๐„-๐“๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง-๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐…๐š๐ซ๐ฆ ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ held at the Leyte Convention Center, Palo, Leyte, bringing together Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) from across Eastern Visayas in a significant milestone for land tenure security and agricultural development.

The activity was attended by ๐„-๐“๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง-๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐…๐š๐ซ๐ฆ ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, who received their E-Titles, providing strengthened legal recognition and security over the agricultural lands they cultivate.

It's also likewise highlighted the importance of providing ARBs and their organizations with appropriate agricultural support: Water Pumps, Grass cutter, tractors and hauling vehicles to enhance productivity and livelihood opportunities.

The event was graced by DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, together with USEC. Atty. Kazel Celeste and USEC. Josef Angelo Martires, and representatives from PLGU of Samar, Vice Governor Arnold Tan and Mayor Jascha Mae. Tiu of Sta. Rita , who led and witnessed the distribution of land titles and the turn-over of farm machineries and equipment.

Distribution of E-Titles signify land tenure security, stability, and renewed opportunities for their families and communities. Meanwhile, the farm machineries and equipment provide essential support toward more efficient and sustainable agricultural production.

Through initiatives such as these, DAR continues to advance its mandate of strengthening land tenure security and providing support services that enable Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries to become more productive, resilient, and empowered partners in agricultural development.
